The two-days Kick-off meeting of the ERASMUS+ project „eLily2 – Ehealth Literacy Learning skills among Nurses working with older people “(2020-1-CY01-KA202-065962) was organized by the Cyprus University of Technology, coordinator of the project on 18th - 19th November 2020. The meeting was held online with the participation of all participating project partners – Klaipėda State University of Applied Sciences (Lithuania), National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Greece), University of Humanities and Economics in Lodz (Poland) and Ostrava University (Czech Republic). On the first day of the meeting, there was a joint welcome and introduction of individual partners: their background, focus on science, research and the common theme of the project. Furthermore, the previous experiences of individual partners in working on European projects were presented. The main presentation of this day was then given by representatives of the Cyprus University of Technology, which presented the objectives and expected benefits of the project, financial management and its monitoring. The second day of the meeting was focused on specific steps in the implementation of the project – training methodology, e-learning course, implementation and evaluation of the blended learning course, best practices recommendations. As part of the work on the project, a new original project logo was created and a dissemination strategy presented by the University of Ostrava, the dissemination leader. The evaluation plan of the project was introduced by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the evaluation leader.

The second transnational meeting of the ERASMUS + project "eLILY2 - eHealth Literacy Learning skills among Nurses working with older people" (2020-1-CY01-KA202-065962) took place on 26.8.-27.8.2021. The meeting, which was originally planned face to face in Athens, took place online, due to the still unfavorable epidemic situation caused by Covid 19. The meeting, organized by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece with co-Host the Cyprus University of Technology, was attended by all participating project partners - Klaipeda State University of Applied Sciences (Lithuania), University of Humanities and Economics in Lodz (Poland) and University of Ostrava (Czech Republic). The first day was devoted to the evaluation of the current state of the project, the preparation of an interim report on financial management. The partners were acquainted with the current plans within the dissemination and evaluation of the project. The second day of the meeting was devoted to the implementation of the project and the four intellectual outputs (the curriculum and contents, eLearning version of the course, piloting methodology and recommendation guide). The consortium has already completed the development of the course and plans the eLearning version. Four modules promoting eHealth Literacy and Health Literacy are now available for piloting in next phase: 1) General background of Health Literacy and eHealth Literacy, 2) Skills in Practice (Identification of patients with limited Health Literacy) 3) Feasibility and readability issues and eHealth challenges 4) Health Literacy and Patient Safety. During the meeting, the second phase of intellectual outputs were planned, focusing on the issue of the e-learning version of the course. The 3-day Training event was also discussed, organised by Akademia of Economic and Humanistic Studies in Lodz, Poland. The training aims to support the partners’ research teams in the development of the contents appropriate for the eLearning version and will take place on 14 to 16th September 2021.

The online staff training of the ERASMUS+ project „eLILY2 – eHealth Literacy Learning skills among Nurses working with older people was organized by the University of Humanities and Economics in Lodz (Poland) on 13th - 15th September 2021. The meeting was held online with the participation of all participating project partners – Cyprus University of Technology (Cyprus), Klaipėda State University of Applied Sciences (Lithuania), National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Greece) and University of Ostrava (Czech Republic).

The third transnational meeting of the ERASMUS + project "eLILY2 - eHealth Literacy Learning skills among Nurses working with older people" (2020-1-CY01-KA202-065962) took place on 5.5.-6.5.2022, Athens, Greece. The meeting, organized by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens , was attended by all participating project partners -the Cyprus University of Technology (Coordinator), Klaipeda State University of Applied Sciences (Lithua nia), University of Humanities and Economics in Lodz (Poland) and University of Ostrava (Czech Republic). The first day of the meeting was devoted to the update of the project status, piloting results of intellectual output 3 and project financial management and monitoring. The second day of the meeting was devoted to the planning of intellectual output 4, evaluation leader update, dissemination leader update, scheduling next months and multiplier events, sustainability of the project and publication plan.

The fourth transnational meeting of the ERASMUS + project "eLILY2 - eHealth Literacy Learning skills among Nurses working with older people" (2020-1-CY01-KA202-065962) took place on 8.9.-9.9.2022, Limassol, Cyprus. The meeting, organized by the Cyprus University of Technology, was attended by all participating project partners - the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Greece), Klaipeda State University of Applied Sciences (Lithuania), University of Humanities and Economics in Lodz (Poland) and University of Ostrava (Czech Republic). The first day of the meeting was devoted to the presentation of ΙΟ4 final deliverable, financial Management and monitoring and impact of the project for final report. The second day of the meeting was devoted to the evaluation and dissemination plan, multiplier events, Sustainability of the project and publication plan.
